Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted at your time of purchase. Please expect that slight variation from the web image may occur. In essence, you'll own and enjoy a one-of-a-kind piece of art!

HOW ABOUT RETURNS/EXCHANGES?
Each piece is carefully constructed and shipped to you. Unfortunately, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted.

I LIKE THE SELECTION, BUT I DON’T SEE IT IN THE COLOR OR SIZE I WANT. CAN I CUSTOM ORDER?
Please feel free to Contact Sasha if you would like a color or size of an item that is not shown. Depending on material availability, I would love to create your vision. Please understand additional time may be needed or the particular fabric color may not be available.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DOES SASHA ACCEPT?
Sasha accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. Payment is required at time of purchase.

IS MY ORDER/PAYMENT SECURE WITH PAYPAL?
Yes. Sasha uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Depending on order size, production will take between 1-2 weeks, with additional time needed for shipment.

I’M NOTICING FABRIC THREADS COMING FROM THE CHIFFON. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
This is completely normal for this fabric. Carefully snip loose threads if they appear, but never cut the actual fabric.

CAN CHIFFON BE WASHED?
Chiffon is a strong woven fabric, however it is also very delicate and can not be washed. Spot cleaning is the best solution.

ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD KNOW?
Sasha neckware is crafted in a smoke-free, dog-friendly environment.
